  • Individualised nutrition to lose fat, gain muscle and/or fuel training adequately

  • Weekly check-ins going over nutrition plans with adjustments

  • Macro-nutrient recommendations: Proteins/Carbs/Fats

  • Competition nutrition plans including weight cuts/management

Full Power Package**

  • All services under both coaching packages

  • Weekly check-ins going over aligned nutrition and training plans making adjustments whenever necessary

  • Game-day handling
